I sent a request or something, explained my situation perfectly that that message popped up and I couldn't login, and they just started yapping about verifying my account which I didn't have a problem with! I think they aren't even real people to be honest, but I'll hope we'll get a solution!

Impossible captcha preventing me from logging in - Roblox
What I’d do is try either completely clearing your cookies and redoing the process, using the “use another device” feature, or using the one-time email code - although, like you said, it does also require the captcha. Either way, getting 20 is absolutely absurd and something I don’t have the patience for, so kudos to you for that. 1 Like.

Having to solve 20 puzzles is extremely ridiculous but it also errors after it completes and doesn’t allow me to login. It takes around 3-4 minutes to do all 20, and if you do make a mistake it will just default to saying you failed to complete the puzzles, but not until you finish solving the remainder.
